Q: How do I format my award?
A: We will format your award any way you like, but we suggest an award should include:

• Name of Person Receiving the Award
• Reason for the Award
• Company/Organization/Team
• Date or Season

For smaller items, such as medals, dog tags, trophy plates, we suggest:

• Line 1—Name or Player
• Line 2—Team or Organization
• Line 3—Date or Season
• Line 1—Company/Organization/Team
• Line 2—Place or Division
• Line 3—Date or Season

Q: How many characters can I fit on my award?
A: The number of characters on your award will vary on the type of award you order.

Q: What should I say on the award?
A: You can personalize your award with your own wording, or if you are not sure
how to personalize your award, we can suggest something for you.

Engraving Reminders:
Please make sure your spelling is correct when submitting your order. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Tundra Trophy & Awards will engrave your award with the text that is given


Shipping FAQ’s

Q: Can we have our order shipped?
A: We offer shipping anywhere in Alaska! (where mailing is available)

Q: Is there a minimum order required to ship?
A: No minimum order is required, however there is a $10.00 handling fee added to your order.

Q: What shipping methods do you use and what is the cost of shipping?
A: We will ship via Priority Mail (USPS) or UPS. Upon request, we can also ship via Express Mail, if available to your location.

Q: How are shipping costs determined?
A: Shipping costs are based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. If deliveries to multiple addresses are requested, your shipping cost may be higher.

Q: Do I have to pay for my order before it is shipped?
A: Yes, if we are shipping your order then payment is required up front.


General FAQ’s

Q: What if I make a mistake on my order?
A: Tundra Trophy & Awards will engrave your item as given to us, but if you catch a misspelled name or catch the mistake, please notify us as soon as possible.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
A: Yes, you can make any changes to your order after it has been placed and before it has been processed.

Q: When will my order be ready?
A: We will ask you for the date you expect your awards to be completed, as well as the date of the event in order to have your order complete in a timely manner. General Turnaround Time Frame:
Stock Items may take up 1 week.
Non-Stock orders may take up to 2-3 weeks.
Custom orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete.

Q: Can I order online?
A: Tundra Trophy & Awards knows the convenience of ordering online, therefore,
we are currently in the process of making this option available.
